Our clients’ ERP data is treated with complete confidentiality. One major aspect here is security.
- Our clients’ ERP data is transferred via Secure-FTP and stored in our central database. This database is located in our highly-secure data centre and the data will never again leave the centre: it cannot be transferred onto laptops or separate data carriers.
- The data is processed on our application servers, which are also located in the data centre. Our employees access the application servers using thin clients, which connect up via RSA keys – the best method for encrypting confidential information.
- Transparent employees who have access to our clients’ ERP data are subject to thorough screening.
- Clients also have access to their data and results via RSA.
- At the end of the Accounts Payable Analysis, the client’s ERP data is destroyed. Only the results are saved and a few total data items are anonymized and added to the benchmark data.
