Transparent has offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, India and the United States. We serve clients all around the globe. Our client base largely comprises multinationals with business units in various countries. The teams which contact our clients’ suppliers are made up of highly-educated professionals fluent in several languages, trained in written and oral communication with suppliers and in possession of an in-depth knowledge of local business culture and regulations.

Statements
In addition to the survey of our clients’ ERP data, we have set up an alternative analysis channel by sending statement requests to our clients’ suppliers, in which we ask for a statement of outstanding balances. Statements are dealt with by a separate team, which updates the supplier data and subsequently contacts those suppliers in a professional manner.
In all, our employees speak 20 languages and contact suppliers all around the world, 24 hours a day.

Easy to do business with
At Transparent, we do everything we can to ensure that our clients find it easy to do business with us.

Financial We work on a no-cure no-pay basis. Our clients do not have to make a single investment, pay any start-up fees or free up any budget for an Accounts Payable Analysis.   Workload We take all the work off our clients’ hands. Our professionals work fully autonomously and require no support. The only thing the client has to do is deliver the ERP data. If necessary, our ICT team can help clients do so.   Analysis results We always deliver a free, but highly-valuable analysis report to our clients which contains a quality audit of the accounts payable process and tailor-made recommendations for improvements.

Long-term relationship In theory, it is possible to perfect processes, but only at an astronomical cost. At a certain point, it is no longer worth deploying greater capacity, yet more systems and control mechanisms. Quite simply, the improvements no longer warrant the cost. However, it is still sensible to have an Accounts Payable Analysis conducted, as such an analysis costs nothing but always delivers something. Transparent therefore has long-term contracts with clients to conduct periodic audits of the effect of implemented improvements and to provide new recommendations for improvements.   Confidentiality Transparent guarantees clients that their ERP data will remain completely confidential.
